In 2018, I was trained at two WACS (World Association of Chefs’ Societies) judging seminars at the same time in the categories “Pastry Arts” and “Culinary Arts and Hot Kitchen”.
Today I am the first and the only Belarusian chef who not only completed the training but also confirmed the qualification by obtaining the certificate of the “Culinary Arts and Hot Kitchen” judge of the “B” category. This gives me the right to judge international and regional culinary competitions held under the auspices of WACS and not only.
I have experience judging competitions of varying sizes – from regional World Skills qualifiers to international championships. I have also acted as chief curator of many competitions, so I can assist in the preparation and organization of the championship.
