If you are still unacquainte with harissa, you should correct this omission and try to cook somehing with it. Harissa is North African hot chili pepper paste. Normally it's used as sause. But I suggest to use it as a marinade for chicken.

Harissa gives to these chicken drumsticks beautiful color and wonderful aroma. But be careful: the dish will be pretty spicy. And it needs to be served with some neutral garnish - like rice or couscous.

Recipe:

Preheat oven to 200C.

Put chicken drumsticks into a bowl. Add harissa, salt and vegetable oil.

Mix and let marinate for al least 1 hour. Then replace chicken into a baking dish.

Bake until done, for 40-45 minutes.

Serve.
