Ingredients for 12 muffins:
Batter
- 270 g
- 120 g
- 170 g
- 1 tsp
- 1/4 tsp
- 1 pcs
- 50 g
- 140 g
- 1 tsp
- 1/2 tsp
For the top
- 30 g
Recipe:
Place the bananas in a bowl and mash with a masher or fork.
Add the melted butter, egg, sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Sift the flour with the cocoa, baking soda and baking powder. Add to banana mixture to make batter.
Pour into greased muffin tins (no need to grease if using paper liners). Sprinkle with chopped chocolate or chocolate chips.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. When done, a toothpick should come out almost dry in the muffins.
Let cool and serve.
