Ingredients :
Base
- 50 g
- 3 tbsp
- 1 clove
- 120 ml
Recipe:
Dice garlic. Put into a food processor with other ingredients exept salt and olive oil.
Start pulsing and gradually add olive oil. Allow it to emulsify with the rest of the ingredients.
Season with salt by taste and serve.
You can store pesto in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
