Today I wanna share a gorgeous recipe that you simply must prepare without delay. Because these are not just chocolate pancakes. It's a real dessert - especially if you'll serve it with homemade salted caramel and whipped cream.

I added dark chocolate chips to the batter. But if you want, you can use chocolate with a lower cocoa content - for example, milk.

Ingredients for 12 pancakes:

Base

eggs

1 pcs
sugar

100 g
milk

250 ml
butter

40 g
flour

150 g
cocoa powder

30 g
baking powder

1 tsp
baking soda

1/3 tsp
salt

1/4 tsp
bitter chocolate

Combine the egg, sugar, milk and melted butter in a medium bowl.

Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda and salt into a separate bowl. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry one constantly stirring with a whisk.

Add chocolate chips and mix.

Heat the pan over medium heat, grease it with vegetable oil. Pour one small ladle of batter into the pan and fry until bubbles appear.

Flip the pancake and fry on the other side.

Serve with your favourite sauces, whiped cream, condenced milk or soft chocolate ganache. My favourive variant – homemade salt caramel plus whiped cream.
