Ingredients for 3 servings:
Base

Recipe:
If cranberries are frozen, thaw them. Set a small handful of berries aside.
Puree the rest with a blender.
Strain through a sieve.
Place the pulp in a saucepan, add 500 ml of water and put on the stove. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and strain.
At the same time, brew the tea in 200 ml of water.
Squeeze the juice out of the orange.
Add the cloves and cinnamon to the strained brew from the cranberry pulp and leave to stand for 5-7 minutes. Then add orange juice, grated cranberry puree, sugar and whole cranberries.
Reheat and serve.
