 Easy

This dressing is my greatest love of all dressings lately. Its fresh, bright flavor is immediately captivating and reminds me of summer. It can be used as a salad dressing, to season cooked rice, or to add to soups (straight to the plate, of course).

It is prepared according to the same principle as pesto, but with slight differences such as lemon juice and sugar in the ingredients. It can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days in a tightly closed container.
