Here's a recipe that's very simple, but yields a very delicious outcome. Peanut Butter Bundt Cake. It comes out flavorful, with a nice texture. And stores perfectly in a container for a couple of weeks.

You can add crushed roasted peanuts and/or chocolate to the batter if you want to vary the texture and enhance the flavor. But this cake is good on its own, without any additives.

Recipe:

Combine sugar, eggs, yogurt, peanut butter, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.

Add salt and flour sifted with baking powder and mix.

Pour into a greased pan and place in an oven preheated to 180 °C. Bake until done, about 45 minutes.

Remove the cake from the pan, cool and serve.
