Ingredients for 6 portions:
Base
- 75 g
- 15 g
- 50 ml
- 25 g
- 40 ml
- water, room temperature50 g
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 200C. Put peanuts on the baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool completely.
Put all ingredients into a large glass.
Grind with a hand blender until smooth.
Serve as a salad dressing or as a sauce for steaks or baked poultry like chicken or duck.
