Source: https://tanyachef.com/recipe/pineapple-chicken-wings/Place the wings in a bowl. Add vegetable oil, cumin, coriander, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and salt. Stir to combine.
Let marinate for 30-40 minutes, then place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (390°F) for about 35-40 minutes until almost done.
While the wings are baking, in a saucepan, mix pineapple juice, sugar, vinegar, 1 tablespoon of paprika, squeeze juice from half a lime, grate garlic.
Place on stove and cook over medium heat until reduced by half.
Remove the wings from the oven and place in a bowl. Add glaze.
Stir and return the wings to the baking sheet.
Return the tray to the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Serve.
