Ingredients for 70 cookies:
Dough

Recipe:
Place the sesame seeds in a dry, cold frying pan and set over a fire. Heat and fry until golden, stirring constantly.
Transfer to a bowl.
For the batter, combine the oil and room temperature butter, egg yolk, yogurt, vinegar, salt and sugar. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Add flour sifted with soda and knead the dough.
Form a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
Beat the egg whites until more or less smooth and lightly frothy.
Take the cooled dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into small pieces (I have 10g pieces). Form a log from each piece, then join the ends to make a ring.
Dip one side of the ring in the egg white.
Then dip in sesame seeds.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
Repeat with the rest of the dough.
Allow the cookies to cool and serve. When completely cooled, store in a tightly closed jar or container.
