Source: https://tanyachef.com/recipe/spinach-bacon-meatloaf/Dice the bacon. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Place the ground beef in a bowl, add the cheese, bacon, egg, garlic powder, salt to taste, and the defrosted spinach (don’t squeeze it too hard, leave a little water in the mixture).
Stir the mixture.
Pour into a rectangular cake pan (or form the loaf on a foil-lined baking sheet). My pan is 25*11 cm.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
Allow the finished loaf to come to room temperature for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan, slice and serve.
