 Easy

Today I want to share my favorite - and probably the easiest - recipe for baked potatoes. When I don't have time to think about a side dish, I just take potatoes and cook them this way. There is no precooking and no complicated manipulation - just season, place on a baking sheet, and stir once during the baking process. And they come out delicious. So go for it.

In this recipe, I use dried powdered onion and garlic - their advantage is that they do not burn as much at 220 degrees as their fresh analogs.

Recipe:

Wash potatoes thoroughly, but do not peel. Pat dry and cut into wedges. Depending on the size of the potatoes, cut into 6-8 pieces; if you are baking small potatoes, either leave them whole or cut them in half. Remember, the smaller the cut, the faster the potatoes will cook through.

Add the remaining ingredients to the potatoes.

Stir and transfer to a baking sheet, preferably in a single layer.

Place in a preheated oven at 220 °C and bake until done. The exact time will depend on the variety of potatoes. Red potatoes like the one in the photo (Red Scarlett) baked for about 45-50 minutes. Turn the potatoes with a spatula a few times during baking.

Serve as a side dish or on their own.

Enjoy!
