Recipe:
Scale the fish, cut it into steaks about 2.5 cm thick. My trout was about 2 kg, so with this thickness, there are 2 steaks per full 1 serving.
Remove the bones with tweezers. Season with salt.
Chop ginger and garlic, thinly slice spring onions.
Сut into strips carrot and bell pepper.
In the skillet on a high heat add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add carrot, pepper and green beans (if beans are frozen, defroft them previously).
Fry, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic,ginger and spring onions.
Fry, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds more. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil, add sugar and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds more. Remove vegetables from the skillet and keep warm.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Put steaks in the skillet and fry on both sides until ready. For steaks of the specified thickness, 4-5 minutes per side is enough.
Serve steaks with vegetables. Sea trout itself is quite fatty and rich in taste, so no sauce is required for this dish.
