Baked Sea Bass with Greek Style Salad

This dish is very light. Baked fish, fresh salad, no starchy vegetables. And yet everything is tasty and balanced. Instead of sea bass, you can use any other fish of your choice.

If you want to reduce the calorie content of the dish, replace the butter with half amount of vegetable oil.

Preheat oven to 200C.

Prepare marinade. Melt butter, add thyme leaves, white pepper, minced garlic and lemon zest. Stir.

Season fish fillets with salt. Cut the skin crosswise. Put on greased baking sheet and spread with marinade.

Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare the salad. Dice tomatoes and feta cheee, slice the olives.

Add olive oil and mint leaves, mix.

Serve baked fish with salad.
