Every cook has his favoгritу pizza dough recipe. Today I share the recipe I prefere for classic italian pizza. It provides perfect thin crust.

There is nothing excess in this dough - just flour, water, oil, salt and a little bit of yeast.

When using fresh yeast, you need three times more than dry. In this case, 1/2 tsp dry yeast is 3 grams, so you need 9 grams of fresh.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add half of the olive oil and flour and begin to knead the dough. While kneading add the remaining oil and salt. Knead until smooth. The dough will be pretty steep - that's okay.

Divide dough into 2 parts. Form a ball of each.

Dust with flour and put in bowls. Cover with plastic film.

Before baking roll out the dough and add ingredients according to your recipe.
